We appreciate your business. Air Cleaning Specialists, Inc. strives for exceptional service. Occasionally, issues will arise and returns will be required. We thank you for following our return policy in these situations.

Exchange of Damaged Items

We package our items with care to help ensure delivery without damage. Occasionally, issues occur during shipment and items arrive damaged. PLEASE BE SURE TO INSPECT THE ITEMS FOR DAMAGE UPON DELIVERY. IF DAMAGE IS FOUND, PLEASE REFUSE DELIVERY and CONTACT US FOR A REPLACEMENT SHIPMENT. IF YOU SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY WITHOUT NOTING THE DAMAGE IN SPECIFIC DETAIL, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE SHIPMENT AS IS and THERE IS LITTLE WE CAN DO TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER.

Exchange of Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact Air Cleaning Specialists, Inc. at (888) 966-7923 or info@cleanleaf.com to obtain a Return Authorization. Defective items must be reported within 30 days from the date of purchase. You will not incur additional shipping or handling charges for replacement shipments.

Other Exchanges

If you received any incorrect parts in our error, we will promptly ship out the correct parts and send for the incorrect ones at no additional cost to you. Please contact Air Cleaning Specialists, Inc. at (888) 966-7923 or info@cleanleaf.com to obtain a Return Authorization. Incorrect parts must be reported within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Items Return Policy

PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION MUST BE OBTAINED IN ORDER TO RETURN ANY PRODUCTS. We will accept Return Authorization requests for factory-defective merchandise and incorrect parts shipped in our error. Return authorizations will not be generated for special products, materials made to order, cut to length, etc. These orders cannot be canceled and the products cannot be returned. Within 15 days of receipt, items in original working condition with no visible or otherwise wear and tear can be returned for a refund less 20% (25% for ducting parts) restocking fee and less shipping charges for parts and accessories that are non-stock items. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY ELECTRICAL PARTS. Please confirm your need before ordering anything in this category and contact us if you need clarification.
