CLEANLEAF Return & Warranty Policy

We appreciate your business. Air Cleaning Specialists, Inc. is committed to quality equipment and exceptional service. The following policies apply to CleanLeaf equipment and accessories.

Workmanship Warranty

CleanLeaf units include a 2-year workmanship warranty (filters that ship with the unit are excluded). With proper documentation and review, we may repair, replace, or issue a credit/refund at our discretion.

Exchange of Damaged Items

Please inspect shipments upon delivery. If damage is found, refuse delivery and contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement. If signed as delivered without specific damage noted, the shipment is considered accepted as-is and claim support may be limited.

Exchange of Defective Items

If you believe your item is defective, contact Air Cleaning Specialists, Inc. at (888) 966-7923 or info@cleanleaf.com within 30 days of purchase to obtain a Return Authorization. Approved replacements ship without additional freight charges.

Returns (Non-Defective Items)

All non-defective returns require prior written approval and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved returns must meet all of the following:

  • Requested within 30 days of receipt
  • 30% restocking fee applies
  • Freight prepaid by the customer
  • Product in original packaging and in new/resalable condition

Custom/special/made-to-order items and unit filters are non-returnable.

Incorrect Shipments

If you received incorrect parts due to our error, we will promptly ship the correct items and arrange return of the incorrect ones at no cost to you. Please report within 30 days.
